Significant Progress has been made at the Deeside Welfare Extension with the concrete pad foundations now formed on site in readiness for the imminent arrival of 24 Modular units supplied by CONTAINEX Container-Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H.
These units will expand the welfare facilities at the Deeside distribution centre, supporting the growing workforce and enhancing on-site amenities.
The project is being delivered on a short turn around 8 week programme which includes:
-Offsite manufacturing
-On-site installation
-Internal Mechanical & Electrical Installation and upgrades
-Integration of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)
-Soft and Hard landscaping upgrades
