Enabling works for the welfare extension to the Deeside Great Bear Distribution Ltd.have begun on site today, with the first pad foundation shuttering boxes formed.
Works will compromise of Groundworks, Installation of 24nr Modular welfare units prefabricated off site using MMCs, Internal M&E fit out, Glazing installation, Roofing works and updated external landscaping carried out by Prime Maintenance & Developments Ltd.
